Refund Policy

At DomainsRock India, we are committed to providing high-quality website and web application development services. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy once a project has been initiated or a contract has been signed.

Once we begin work on a project, no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, any services such as website and web application development, design, content creation, consultation, and any other custom services provided by DomainsRock India.

• A deposit is required before starting any work on a project. The final balance is due upon completion of the project, or as outlined in the terms of the specific contract.
• Any payments made are non-refundable after the commencement of work, including during any milestones or stages of development.

We strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with the work delivered. Any revisions or modifications requested by the client after project completion will be handled as additional work and will be charged accordingly, as per the terms of the contract.

If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, we may issue a partial refund depending on the stage of the work. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but any deposit made prior to the cancellation will generally not be refunded.

In the event of a dispute regarding the work or services provided, we encourage our clients to contact us directly for resolution. We aim to find a mutually agreeable solution to any concerns, but please note that no refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
